Today I had a day trip to Ireland to teach a 2 hour seminar on behalf of Jay Daniels and Carbury Martial arts.
This was an awesome day and although pretty mental, the seminar went really well. Every student gave it their all and really pushed throughout the whole seminar.
Thankyou to everyone who took part, you were all a pleasure to teach!
