FIRE BRIGADE SHOW – LONDON EXCEL

On 22nd of September I was close to home, performing at the well known London Excel, Exhibition centre.

I was performing alongside 3RUN members Adam Brashaw, Nathan Barris, Cain Armitage, Cole Armitage, Fabio Santos & Scott Young. We had to do a 10 minute show on behalf of the London Fire Brigade. Our show combined a mixture of Martial arts, capoeira, free running, tricking, dance & more! It was a spectacular show with all of us flipping over and performing on and around smashed up cars, fire engines and concrete blocks.

With only a few hours to rehearsse prior to the show, and 10 minutes of choreography, we Smashed it!! :-) Weldone guys!!
