IRISH OPEN CHAMPIONSHIPS – DUBLIN
So straight after a 3 hour delay and being back home from Berlin, I slept for a few hours and was heading back to where I just came from… GATWICK Airport. This time I was with my team, Team Fusion UK, heading to Dublin for the Irish Open Championships.
We have such a strong team at the moment, competing in the following devisions- Chloe & Grace Bruce in women’s open Hand, Phil Campbell in Mens open hand & weapons, Robyn Lane in Womens weapons, Paige Cerson in 13-16 Girls open hand and Weapons, Jack Underwood in boys 13-16 weapons & Josh Meek in -12′s Boys open hand & weapons! We were pretty much unstoppable!
All team members stepped up there game, the divisions were tough and we had competition from all over the Globe. USA were looking strong, however the UK were not going down easily at this tournament!!
Between the 7 of us we managed to walk away with 5 Golds, 1 silver & 1 Bronze medal, which is awesome! I am so proud of all of us! We did absolutely incredible.
