On Saturday the 3rd of September, I travelled to Burgess Hill alongside my sister, Grace Bruce, to teach a seminar on behalf of Richard Hawkins Matt Fiddes Martial arts school.
We had an awesome turn out and the session was packed with real motivated students that all put in 110% effort throughout the day.
