I travelled up to Manchester with my sister to conduct a 2 hour workshop/seminar at Matt Fiddes karate school in Cheshire.
We had an awesome turn out with around 45 people attending, and all highly energised and up for a good training session!
We covered an intense stretching workout and then all kicks, basic, right through to advance, multiple kicking and basic kick tricks.
Every student did themselves proud. Thankyou for coming down! Was an awesome day
