On Saturday the 23rd of July I travelled to Limerick to teach a 2 hour workshop/seminar on behalf of Pat Forde at Munster Martial arts Tang Soo Do school.
This was a great day and an amazing turn out with over 50 students taking part!! All were an absolute pleasure to teach and gave it their complete all. Thankyou to everyone who took part, and I hope you all had fun and got alot out of the lesson.
