On the 6th of November, Bruce SISTAZ were teaching in Waterford- Ireland on behalf of Waterford Martial arts. We taught a 2 hour seminar on stretching, kicking, kick combinations and an introduction into XMA. Thankyou to everyone who attended the course. We had an awesome time, and we hope all students enjoyed it as much as we did
